Eligible returns
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged bottles within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must arrive back with us in their original sellable condition — meaning the seal is intact, the bottle is undamaged, and the original outer packaging is included.
We understand that sometimes a product just isn't what you expected. If that's the case, we're happy to process a return or find you something from our range that better suits your palate.
- Bottles must be sealed and unused;
- Original packaging and any gift components must be included;
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required;
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date;
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products and applicable regulations, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles;
- Items received as final-sale or limited releases;
- Merchandise (glassware, accessories) that has been used;
- Personalised or custom-engraved products;
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending anything back. We'd rather have a quick conversation than have you go through the effort of a return that can't be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Despite our best efforts, bottles occasionally arrive damaged in transit, or the wrong item makes its way into your box. If this happens to you, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery — we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we won't ask you to return the item in these cases.
To help us resolve things quickly and improve how we pack:
- Take a few photographs of the damage before moving or disposing of anything;
- Keep the original packaging if possible — it helps us assess what went wrong;
- Include your order number and a brief description when you contact us;

What to expect after your return
Once you've reached out and we've approved your return, here's what the process looks like on our end:
- Contact us: Email hello@drinkwelld.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
- We receive your item: As soon as your return arrives at our facility, our team inspects the item to confirm it meets the return conditions outlined above.
- You get a confirmation: We'll send you an email confirming we've received and approved your return. If anything doesn't check out, we'll be in touch before taking any next steps.
- Refund is processed: Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
- All wrapped up: You'll receive a final confirmation once the refund has been sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Exchanges
Want to swap for a different expression or format? We're happy to arrange an exchange on any eligible unopened item within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are free of charge for items of equal or lesser value. If you're upgrading to something at a higher price point, we'll simply invoice the difference.
To request an exchange, get in touch the same way you would for a return — just let us know you'd prefer a swap and what you'd like instead. We'll handle the rest.
